I never like to pay high shipping and handling charges so I do not charge alot and just to keep it simple, it is $5.00 each manual. Some light weight ones will come first class mail, while some will come Media Mail.
Most people want to get their order quickly, so we send orders out the same day when possible. We verify and barcode every address which speeds delivery by 1 to 3 days in most cases. We also pay for delivery confirmation on every order, so just about everybody receives their manual sooner than expected. Drop me an email if it has not arrived in 10 days and I will check on it for you.
Cooters does business by the Golden Rule, so you can depend on fair prices, accurate product descriptions, and fast service. Every so often things go wrong though- so here are the remedies:
1. Incorrect Manual/Not As Described/Damaged
Customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your return is a result of an error on the part of Cootersautomanuals. To receive your refund, please return your item within 30 days of the original delivery date and in the same condition you received it in. Let us know right away if there is a problem and we will make it right.
2. Manual Did Not Arrive
Customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs if your Manual is not delivered within 30 days. We strive for quick shipping and expect to have all orders mailed within two business days. To further ensure speedy delivery we employ address verification through USPS and send packages with USPS Delivery Confirmation services.
3. Changed Your Mind
If you changed your mind about a Manual that you ordered, please contact Cootersautomanuals directly to request a return. If your request is accepted you will be refunded the price of the manual (not including original or return shipping charges). In most cases we are happy to accommodate these requests. |
