All US orders will be charged a single, flat rate shipping fee of $3.95 for USPS Media Mail (3-10 business days) and $6.95 for USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Orders generally ship witin 24 hours and include USPS delivery confirmation. Cooters Auto Manuals is not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control.
Cooters does business by the Golden Rule, so you can depend on fair prices, accurate product descriptions, and fast service. Every so often things go wrong though- so here are the remedies:
1. Incorrect Manual/Not As Described/Damaged
Customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your return is a result of an error on the part of Cooters Auto Manuals. To receive your refund, please return your item within 30 days of the original delivery date and in the same condition you received it in. Let us know right away if there is a problem and we will make it right.
2. Manual Did Not Arrive
Customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs if your Manual is not delivered within 30 days. We strive for quick shipping and expect to have all orders mailed within two business days. To further ensure speedy delivery we employ address verification through USPS and send packages with USPS Delivery Confirmation services.
3. Changed Your Mind
If you changed your mind about a Manual that you ordered, please contact Cooters Auto Manuals directly to request a return. If your request is accepted you will be refunded the price of the manual (not including original or return shipping charges). In most cases we are happy to accommodate these requests.
